Create database tables

Current driver: sqlite. This creates users, credits, packages, jobs, settings and Stripe payment tables.

  2. 2Add your Stripe sk_test_ key and webhook secret.
  3. 3Add the BytePlus LAS API key and enable Seedance when ready.
